Looking out for you and your home!
OUR SERVICES
Providing detailed home inspection services in Monroe, Brown, and Morgan Counties and surrounding areas and specialty inspections to ensure your property’s safety, functionality, and value.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection is a valuable tool for homeowners looking to sell their home. We will complete a full inspection and alert you to any potential defects or problems with your home.
Having your home pre-inspected:
- provides the buyer with the assurance that your home doesn't need any major repairs.
- allows you to take the time to get reasonable repair estimates.
- lets the buyer know you're dealing in good faith.
- avoids 11th house negotiations and delays, and allows you to justify full asking price.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection

Pre-Purchase Home Inspections are the most common type of home inspection. During a pre-purchase inspection, our qualified inspectors are looking for the following components to ensure the health and safety of the potential occupants.
- Immediate/Safety Concerns (to be dealt with before closing or within one year)
- Repairs (items to be repaired within 5 years of occupation)
- Recommended Maintenance (items that should be maintained through the lifespan of the home)
- Items to Monitor (items that don't pose an immediate threat)
- Recommended Upgrades (items that will improve safety or livability)

Whether you own your home, are buying a home, or are selling your home, we are certified to perform thermal imaging inspections and use specially designed thermal imaging cameras to produce images called thermograms. These images show surface temperature differences which may indicate problems undetectable by conventional inspection methods.
Thermal Inspection

How Thermal Imaging Inspections Work
Thermal images in the building ranging from hot to cold regions, helping us determine whether areas of the home need further investigation and/or repair.
Areas scanned include main electrical panels,
HVAC systems, hot water systems, kitchen appliances, etc. Our home inspections also use thermal imaging as a tool to help detect leaks, moisture intrusion, energy loss and more.
